Find Your Way to Get Involved

The Office of Academic Support (OAS) offers UF students a variety of free resources and programs, but we also offer students volunteer opportunities.  These positions allow students to increase their level of involvement with OAS, but also to develop professionalism and gain experience in various skills.

Peer Coaches

OAS Peer Coaches (PCs) are undergraduate student volunteers exclusively chosen to mentor and guide UF Promise and UF SSS students. They accomplish this goal by: 

1. Meeting one-on-one with students to provide general advising
2. supporting OAS-related engagements including academic and social events.
3. Communicating OAS goals, mission and vision, through internal and external campus involvement and activities.
